Samhwa Tower is located in the midst of large office buildings in Euljiro-2-ga. It was designed with a simple appearance and efficient office space to overcome its relatively small size and increase competitiveness. The simple mass and the interval of the horizontal stripe increasing upwards make it appear taller than it actually is. The diverse and lively patterns on the glass differentiates itself from adjacent buildings. For inner spaces, the office space and the resting space were clearly separated to give independence to each space. Also, the open public area and neighboring living facilities are situated toward Eulji Hanbit Street to activate them naturally.
