The Tower 730 Project was designed as a new concept business facility. It was intended to maintain balance with adjacent buildings. It also gives considerations for the urban environment by creating an open public space that can be used freely by local residents, the floating population, and office workers in the area. The tower maintained collinearity with adjacent buildings that were completed recently to maintain the continuity of the streetscape. The shape, building material, and color of the façade were designed to become a part of the surroundings. A nature-friendly environment, playing its role as the passage with the surrounding ecological environment, was developed by securing over 25% of the environmental area in the site and securing a rooftop landscape. Also, the exterior was designed to conserve energy by afforesting the rooftop area and installing an external awning system to minimize the accumulation of heat due to sunlight. Furthermore, it used new renewable energies such as a geothermal system and fuel cells as eco-friendly business facilities that satisfy the green building design standards.
