Myongji University Bangmok Library

The library is evolving. It is no longer a place where you just read books, but has now expanded its role into a place where you communicate with the outer world via various media. Myongji University opened its Bangmok Library to reflect this trend. Bangmok Library is equipped with a building-wide wireless infrastructure which allows users to access the library database whenever, wherever. Inside the building are suitably arranged reading rooms, cultural spaces and rest areas, giving the students freedom to use the facility with ease and convenience. Bangmok Library, which has transformed from a book-centric place to a user-centric place, is equipped with a world-class ubiquitous environment, rising as the newest hub of knowledge and information and the center of the local community where function meets architectural aesthetics in harmony.
