The Chejung Haksa, a medical school dormitory that can accommodate about 1,000 students, and Beophyeon Haksa, a law school dormitory, were reconstructed inside Yonsei University's Sinchon campus. We planned the lower floors with various convenience facilities, study rooms, and seminar rooms that students could use. Also, we considered the traffic and security plan suitable for users' characteristics. On the base floor, we additionally placed a lounge and community room, considering students' lifestyles. These buildings received the highest grade green building certification through their eco-friendly design.
