Cimer is a tourist destination and an attractive place that makes Paradise City even more special. It started from imagining the unusual and unique experience of people who enjoy water during the Acqua Alta in Piazza San Marco and the unique water-centric culture of Venice.. The visions of individuals taking leisure breaks and relaxing on the flooded plaza as if it were a beach, children having fun on water slides, a cup of coffee while overlooking the water plaza at a surrounding cafe, and those reveling in fantastic music and lights in the plaza, filled with starlight at night . These all came together and developed into Cimer's unique design. At the center of Cimer is a submerged water plaza. The water plaza has the spatial symbolism of a city plaza and serves as the focal point of Cimer, the city of water. Reimagined as a water plaza, it is surrounded by alleys, small gardens, and various shops in different sizes. This encapsulates the concept of a 'WATER CITY', creating a landscape distinct from existing water parks, introducing differentiated content that combines the liberating experience of water and the healing cultures of the East and the West.
