This is a remodeling and extension project for an outdated commercial building in the Seomyeon area. We engineered the remodeling based on three main themes of Culture Hub, Community Lounge, and Landmark. We planned the Atrium, which opened the floors of four lower levels into a single space to share the vitality of visitors and facilitate interaction. The giant glass mass at the top, called Sangsang Cube, was designed to set a landmark of the region by presenting different images around the clock.
