Jamsil Hanwha Galleria Palace is quite recognizable in a broad area by its appearance and the rooftop design, differentiating it from existing high-rise residential buildings. It is a rare feature for an urban residential space. We excluded the interference factors between complex facilities through a clear division between residential and commercial facilities and composed a circulation system so that residents can conveniently use ancillary facilities. To create a resident-centered outdoor space, we multiplied the ground green ratio. In addition, we focused on improving the living environment by securing privacy and installing a sky garden. Also, we determined the size of each unit based on business feasibility prediction. We satisfied the segmented needs of various demand groups by differentiating plans for each unit size.
