It is an integrated human resource development center of Hana Financial Group located in Hana Dream Town. It was established to foster future talents in the finance field. It was placed at the center of the Hana Dream Town's master plan, and the growing forest was embodied as an elevation element. We applied the box-in-box design to the training building to increase the concentration of training and curtain walls to the lobby building to secure continuity with the surrounding landscape. For the dormitory building, we placed an atrium space to maximize comfort through lighting and ventilation.
