It is an eco-friendly building that is wide open toward Cheongoksan Mountain, we intended to remove the rigid and authoritative image of the existing public office. We integrated the facilities for each function into a single building and placed a separate entrance for the civil service building to separate the traffic lines for different types of users to allow efficient use of the facilities.
