This is what I said in 『Architecture, What Do You Do When You Majored』, published in 2016. This does not mean that no design is required. There are many things you can do without designing when you come out of school, so I wanted to look ahead with a wider field of view. There is no need to decide on a much longer future life than when you were in school, tied to the title of 'architecture student' that you chose without knowing what you were doing in high school.

The same goes for architecture students who want to pursue the path of an architect. It is not necessary to limit the field to design alone. There are many forked paths in the field of architecture, and it is important to find work that suits you and is fun to do by using the seniors who have walked those paths as a guide. The paths and methods are as diverse as the various professions, but the stories of experts who go their separate ways have one thing in common. At that time, I was faithful to the moment and did my best, so I became the expert I am today. It may seem like an obvious story, but if you listen to their silent and sincere stories through this book, you will be able to find clues about the future. We who majored in architecture, let's grow in the mindset of 'planning-design-construction' that we have cultivated countless times. Constantly planning, designing, and making is not only in the field of architecture, but in the end, we live.
