This space is summarized into the four following core concepts. First, it is a space open to everyone and can be easily borrowed. Second, it is a smart modular office. Third, it is an incubating space. Lastly, it is a landmark that expresses the identity of the KT&G SANGSANG PLANET. We reinterpreted the red brick context of Seongsu-dong into glossy red terracotta to propose a future-oriented design without harming the character of Seongsu-dong.
