Located in Sajik-dong, Cheongju-si, Doosan WE'VE The Zenith was designed as a landmark residential facility in Cheongju in a tower-like structure, open in four sides, to maximize the view and lighting. The combination of the iron flagpole, the national treasure, and the movable metal type used to print Jikji Simche Yojeol (Anthology of Great Buddhist Priests' Zen Teachings), which are the symbols of Cheongju, became the theme for the combination of

the elevation design and the plane. The theme park, which focuses on the ample daily leisure that allows people and nature to meet, the landscape that transfers nature into the place, as well as the view overlooking Musimcheon Stream, Uamsan Mountain, and the city center at a glance, make you feel relaxed as if you have left the city.
