It was an enormous project to construct 14 residential complexes that can be 29 stories tall. We designed themes, such as 'water-friendly garden city, eco-environmental district, and environment and water-friendly complex,' that can make use of the rich natural environment, such as the Hangang River, migratory bird habitat, and Unyangsan Mountain.
