Seoul National University Bundang Hospital opened the Ji Seok-Yeong Biomedical Research Institute to support high-quality preclinical research. Preclinical research facilities will take up 4,600㎡ area of the newly built research institute. In particular, it will install and operate an animal laboratory (Animal Biosafety Level 3), bio-imaging room, genetically engineered mouse room, and animal intensive care unit (ICU). It will become the central growth engine for future medical research.
